In-Stock Items & Special Orders: Please see the Feature page for the items in stock or contact us by e-mail
with any questions. If the item is in stock, then your order will
be shipped within five business days of receipt of your payment.
A wide variety of color choices are available for every outfit, so if you have
a special color you would like, then please inquire. You can pick
the doll, the colors in the outfits and the accessories. Special
orders will typically take two to three weeks, depending on the specific order
and the number of special orders previously made. |
Refund Policy: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
contact us immediately. You may return an item within fourteen days,
in the same condition as shipped, and you will receive a refund, less shipping
charges. Refund will be made within five business days of our receipt
of the items returned. |
Company Policy: Our family has been involved in the craft business for a number of
years and we have participated in craft shows and have sold wood items, candles and other quality hand-crafted items for your home and gifts for family and friends. We take great pride in our work and sincerely hope you enjoy your purchases. We will work with you to create the perfect gift or cherished possession. Our policy is to ensure your privacy; we do not share your personal information with third parties. You will not receive unsolicited e-mails, telephone calls or letters from our company. |
Ordering & Payment: In order to keep our prices reasonable, we use PayPal rather than accepting
credit cards directly on-line. We send you an e-mail
with the total, including shipping; you click on the link for PayPal's secure website
and go through a few steps to complete the sale. You can use your
PayPal account, but you do not need to have an account to use the PayPal web page.
You can use your bank account or credit card. Payment can also
be in U.S. funds by money order or cashiers check. Personal checks are not accepted. |
Shipping Charges: Items are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service to locations in the United States
and those countries who accept U.S. Postal Service packages. Shipping
charges are added to the price of the items listed on the web page.
You select the method of shipping: regular mail, priority mail or express
mail and if you want insurance. We will calculate the shipping charges
and then tell you the total of your purchase. We do not bill for shipping charges in excess of the actual cost and there is no
handling charge for your purchase. |
Sales Tax: Illinois residents should add 7.85% for sales tax. |
No photographs, clipart or other information can be removed or taken without
the express written permission of the owner. |
